How to buy
To buy you must be registered. To do this you have to access “My account” and fill in the information requested in the REGISTRATION FORM. You can always modify your data from the section MY ACCOUNT.
– Visualize the service/s you are interested in by clicking on the product card where you will be able to see more details about it.
– If you have any doubts, you can always contact us by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail.
– Select the service you are interested in and add the item to the basket.
– If you want to process your order you must go to the shopping cart icon and FINISH PURCHASE.
– Check that your information is correct.
– Fill in the billing information and process your payment method.
Also, Toxo Travel, S.L. shows its commitment not to use its contents for a different purpose for which they were collected, ensuring maximum confidentiality and implementation of technical and security measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access to it as established by current legislation on data protection.
Methods of payment
We have the following payment methods:
Credit or debit card, through secure payment gateway: Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard.
Your card will be charged at the time of booking the selected services.
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
– The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
– The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank to make sure that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
– Some of the information entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the required fields.
In case you are not satisfied with the selected services, the amount will be refunded in full with cancellations within 24 hours of the start of the activity.
