We will cross the banks of the Parga and Ladroil rivers from the Bridge of San Alberto to the Balneario de Pardiñas, following a path of spectacular landscapes of autochthonous vegetation.

This route takes place at the foot of the river, following the natural furrows that water and time have created. We will follow the path that connects the three most important water sources of Lugo: Valdovín, San Xoán de Lagostelle and the Fuente de Santo Domingo.

San Alberte
The route begins at the Roman bridge of San Alberte. There we will also see its perfectly preserved Gothic style chapel and its famous fountain with two pipes, which were credited with healing powers for speech problems (Fonte da Fala) The path runs along the banks of the Parga River, where we can observe small natural pools, together with spectacular waterfalls that allowed us to move the mills that we will find on the route.

Valdovín
Our next stop is at the Valdovín picnic area, next to its source of medicinal waters, to which are attributed healing properties for digestive and renal ailments. We will also stop at a mosque dating from the times of the civil war

San Xoán de Lagostelle
We will continue from the confluence of the Parga and Ladra rivers, crossing the Montemeá Bridge until we reach the San Xoán de Lagostelle fountain, next to the Balneario de Guitiriz. This part of the route crosses the recreational area of ​​Lagostelle, a beautiful natural area located next to a reservoir.

Santo Domingo
The next stop is the natural area of ​​"Sete Muíños", here we can enjoy its natural pool, which forms a space of great beauty located in the interior of an autochthonous forest. Then we will go to the fountain of Santo Domingo, located in the middle of a millenary and leafy oak grove.
