We visit here the famous medieval bridge of Pontevea. It is a bridge of the fifteenth century that was in operation until the eighties. It highlights the beauty of its arches through which the Ulla River runs. We will cross the Ulla River again on the vertiginous footbridge of Mariola, a kind of small suspension bridge used by fishermen in the area.

The green route is a tour centered on the natural spaces that surround the city of Santiago de Compostela.

The route begins by visiting the famous Monte do pico Sacro. Then we will head towards the Toxa waterfall and the Carboeiro monastery.

We will make a stop to regain strength in one of the best known restaurants in the area to eat and taste seasonal products.

We will leave for the afternoon the lookouts of ponte ulla, the medieval bridge of Pontevea and its suspension bridge as well as the possibility of visiting famous pazo de oca

Carboeiro
After visiting the fervenza do Toxa we will go to the monastery of carboeiro Former Benedictine monastery abandoned and in the process of restoration by the deputation. Pazo de Oca
In this route we give the possibility of visiting the Pazo de Oca gardens. It is a manor house built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries in baroque style, and is known as the Galician Versailles due to its eight hectares of gardens that have bridges, pond with ducks and geese, rare tree species and a wide variety of camellias, azaleas and rhododendrons. These gardens are a must stop on the "Camelia Route".
